Northern California Rental Property Shoots
This past week I got to photograph two rental properties, one located in Shasta Lake and the other one in Milpitas, California. Both were freshly remodeled on the inside and ready to rent out! The rental in Shasta Lake, California was actually photographed during the snowstorm! So that was a first for me. It was fun seeing the snow through the windows when inside, but the exterior shot was a little tricky with snowflakes falling. Haha!
The apartment rental in Milpitas worked out perfectly! We just so happened to be traveling to King City the weekend that they needed the photos done. I just love it when schedules align like that! That also happened when I photographed the Zook Cabin in Klamath, California (View that post HERE). So now let me tell you a little bit about the Hazelwood Apartments in Milpitas.

Shasta Lake Triplex Rental
This small 2 bedroom 1 bath rental is a cozy and practical space for individuals or small families. The unit features a spacious living room and kitchen area, which allows for comfortable relaxation and basic meal preparation. The rental is ideal for those who are looking for an affordable and easy-to-maintain living space. The backyard is a cute courtyard space that is shared between the other two units in the triplex.

INDIAN CREEK LODGE IN DOUGLAS CITY, CALIFORNIA
Indian Creek Lodge is located right off HWY 299 in Douglas City, California. It’s the perfect spot to do some fishing and relaxing. The lodge is nestled alongside the Trinity River and the beautiful mountain-scape of Trinity County. They have a wide variety of rooms for all family sizes. I was super impressed with room 9, which is basically an entire house!
