Modern Retro Kitchen and Bathroom Design | Ceramic Designs and Arvid Engstrom Construction
So excited to share another lovely home built by Arvid Engstrom Construction with tile and countertops done by Ceramic Designs. This home is so beautiful! White walls, cabinets and countertops throughout the home gives you a light and airy feel. And not to mention the beautiful views this home has!
Kitchen Design
I just love this kitchen design! Mostly modern with the simple white quartz single edge counters and white oak cabinetry; but with the added retro flare in the white rippled hood and island wrap along with the half moon cabinet handles. The backsplash is a porcelain slab by Bedrosians called Magnifica Encore Arabescato Nero Honed. The whole kitchen is absolutely stunning!
Retro Bathrooms and Laundry
The orange and white striped tile paired with the orange vessel sinks in the hall bathroom is just so fun! I love how they kept the design simple with the white tile but added the splash of retro in the niche and backsplash. The master bathroom has terrazzo wainscoting on the vanity wall with wall mount faucets. The cabinet pulls are so unique with the wavy pattern. Then we come to the laundry room which has a cool tan and white checkerboard tile backsplash and large round wood cabinet knobs.

COZY CABIN AIRBNB IN MINERAL, CALIFORNIA
I was super excited to get to drive back up to Mineral to photograph another adorable Airbnb! This cozy cabin is not far from the heart of town and can sleep up to six guests. It features a fireplace, a large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. It’s a 2-story setup and the upstairs overlooks the dining and living room areas. It’s so pretty!
